In California, the Sector-9 skateboard company has converted to biodiesel and straight vegetable oil (SVO) for its diesel-based vehicle fleet. The company indicated that it is using the Greasecar Vegetable Oil Conversion System, an auxiliary fuel modification system that allows diesel vehicles to run on straight vegetable oil (SVO) in any climate. An unusual aspect of the story? The company is supplying its own oil from a taco shop owned by the company.
