Iowa’s 100 Mgy Harvest Biofuels corn ethanol project delayed

County officials are not optimistic that the project will meet that timeline given capital-raising constraints at the present time. The company extended its option on 180 acres in Concord Township through April, but groundbreaking originally announced for last July has not been rescheduled.
