Digest columnists Thurmond, O’Hanlon to appear at industry conferences in January

Biofuels Digest columnists Will Thurmond and Sean O’Hanlon will be among the lead speakers at two conferences this month in Texas and Florida, respectively.

O’Hanlon, executive director of the American Biofuels Council, will join noted biofuels authors Edwin Black and Robert Zubrin among many noted presenters at the “Energy Independence in 2009″ conference hosted by the Set America Free Coalition. The conference will be held in Jupiter, FL on January 17-18. .

Thurmond, the author of the landmark Biodiesel 2020 study and the forthcoming Algae 2020 study, will join speakers from Sapphire Energy, BioCentric Energy, Kai BioEnergy, Guava Technologies, Rosetta Genomics, Bard, and REG at the National Algae Association quarterly conference. The conference will take place in Houston on January 29-30.
