Orion Ethanol acting CEO to run for Congress

In Kansas, the acting CEO of Orion Ethanol, Timothy Barker, has announced that he is a candidate for the US House seat being vacated by Rep. Jerry Moran, who announced his own plant  to run for the US Senate in 2010.
