In Kentucky, reports have surfaced that Kentucky Fried Chicken is considering a plan to collect up to 500 gallons of waste oil per restaurant per month and convert it to biodiesel. The plan would aggregate 32 million gallons of waste oil across the chains 5,300 restaurants.
