In New York, Green Energy Resources said that it planned to acquire a stock traded on the OTC bulletin board, and move the company off the volatile Pink Sheets where the company’s stock has declined in recent months. The company stated that it currently has no debt, and operates based on its own cash flow. The company said that it expects to complete an OTCBB traded company acquisition by 2009.
