Mozambique’s Principle Energy goes forward with $290 million ethanol plant

In Mozambique, Principle Energy confirmed its plans to commence construction of its proposed $290 million ethanol plant near Dombe. The company raised $70 million in 2007, but has pushed back a scheduled capital raise of $90 million to 2009 because of the economic market dislocations.
