Missouri abandons ethanol as gasoline prices fall and trigger exceptions in biofuels mandate

In Missouri, falling ethanol prices have triggered a provision in Missouri’s E10 law that allows stations to sell ethanol-free gasoline when prices are sufficiently low for oil. Now, the majority of Missouri stations are selling fuel without ethanol.
