Micro-biodiesel plant proposed in Clinton County, Indiana

In Indiana, the Lafayette Journal & Courier reported that Chicago businessman Teofil Dobre has proposed the conversion of a vacant livestock run in Clinton County into a 1 Mgy biodiesel plant. The proposed plant has not yet received approvals from the Soil and Water Management District and the state Department of Environmental Management.
