In New Jersey, Raven Biofuels announced an agreement with the Kamloops Indian Band in British Columbia to locate an ethanol biorefinery and cogeneration power plant at a site provide by the Band, The KIB holds rights to 124,000 cubic metres of beetle-killed wood within the Kamloops Timber Supply Area, part of a multi-year agreement with the government under which the Band holds rights to 272,000 cubic metres of timber over a five year period.
