In Arkansas, INEOS Bio has placed Fayetteville on the short list of sites for its cellulosic ethanol plant, using switchgrass, corn residues and municipal waste as feedstocks. The company expects to complete construction in 2010; the proposed plant would join 24 other cellulosic ethanol facilities under development in 20 states.
