Philippines’ GreenGold Ray Energies completes jatropha R&D center

In the Philippines, GreenGold Ray Energies announced the completion of an R&D center in Cagayan De Oro. The center will cultivate jatropha seeds, and act as a diagnostic center for research on speeding up jatropha cultivation and increasing yields. The company said that it intends to expand into the United States and Africa in the near-term.
