In Minnesota, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Citizens’ Board postponed a final decision on the proposed $133 million MinnErgy ethanol plant in Eyota. The Board said it will review more data on emissions and water and make a decision next month. The issue is whether the project must complete an $150,000 environmental impact review, which will take six months to complete, before proceeding to consider an air permit for the plant.
