GreenHunter Energy acquires L&L, biodiesel distribution network

In Texas, GreenHunter Energy  announced an agreement to acquire L&L Holdings, which includes seventeen facilities along the Gulf Coast, including deepwater terminal access at three locations. The transaction is valued at $27.5 million and will be all-cash. GreenHunter has not yet closed the financing for the deal, which will bring GreenHunter a distribution network for GreenHunter’s Texas-based 105 Mgy biodiesel plant. L&L sells 130 Mgy of conventional diesel to 1,000 marine-based customers.
