Aquaflow Bionomic, UOP sign algae fuel production partnership

In New Zealand, Aquaflow Bionomic announced an agreement with UOP Honeywell for algae fuel. Under the agreement, the companies will use Aquaflow’s algae and UOP’s algal fuel production process. Aquaflow is growing wild algae in Marlborough using oxidation ponds where the algae consumes effluent and purifies water.
