Columbian exec says six biodiesel plants in operation or development

In Colombia, the president of Comercializadora Internacional Acepalma said that the country will have six operation oil palm biodiesel plants in operation by the end of 2009; that four are already operational; adding that Colombian oil palm production will increase to 870,000 tonnes this year.
