Atlantic City to move to hybrid, biodiesel powered municipal fleet

In New Jersey, the Atlantic City council confirmed moves to convert its municipal fleet to a combination of hybrid and biodiesel vehicles, as part of an overall green plan that would install smart electric meters and optimize municipal buildings for energy efficiency.
