In China, Gushan Environmental Energy, the country’s largest biodiesel producer, announced that it had resumed full production after an extended slowdown occasioned by the Beijing Olympic Games. Biofuel production was one of many industries shuttered in the Beijing metr area by smog and traffic restrictions.
