In Texas, Sustainable Power said that it has successfully tested a 580 KW power generator from Texas Power Systems using fuel directly generated by the company’s biocrude reactors, without additional refining. The company also said that it had acquired a 30 percent stake in Texas Power Systems as it negotiates with potential clients for operation in Central and South America by the company’s joint venture partners.
