In Indiana, POET Biorefining annoucned that it will host the grand opening of its 24th ethanol production facility, the 65 Mgy North Manchester plant. Construction commenced on the plant in 2006, and the project cost was estimated at $130 million. Governor Mitch Daniels of Indiana is expected to be on hand for the opening ceremonies.
