Kansas goes for blender pumps: offers E20, E30 options to flex-fuel vehicle owners

In Kansas, the Ethanol Promotion and Information Council, the Kansas Corn Commission and ICM, have partnered together in the state to launch blender pumps in Kansas that allow for E20 and E30, as well as standards E85 and E10.
