Willmark Energy to construct 25 Mgy ethanol plant in Iowa; will expand to 110 Mgy

In Iowa, Willmark Energy announced an agreement with Clayton County to construct a 25 Mgy ethanol plant near Postville. The plant’s developers said that they would expand production capacity to 110 Mgy in the future.
