Biden’s pro-renewable, pro-biofuels energy policy: shows direction of Obama policy?

With the selection of Senator Joe Biden of Delaware as Sen. Barack Obama’s running mate, the comprehensive energy policy outlined by Biden here takes on new significance. During the recent Democratic primary season, expert observers indicated that Biden’s energy strategy was one of the most comprehensive and cohesive among the Democratic candidates. The Senator’s energy page details his stands on gas price gouging, low-income energy assistance, hybrid and high efficiency diesel cars, and his proposal that all US cars be flex-fuel enabled by 2017.
