    1. Wow, are you telling me that the governor of Texas (a state built on oil and beef) attacked ethanol and used a misinformed and fact-free argument that would pander to his constituents and fall in line nicely with his political aims? I’m shocked and appalled. Oh, wait… no I’m not.
