Big Horn Basin Ethanol halts new Wyoming ethanol plant; cites feedstock, technology concerns

In Wyoming, a corn ethanol plant under development in Greybull has been put on hold by its owners, including Big Horn Basin Ethanol. The owners cited high feedstock costs and rapidly-shifting technology as reasons for the halt. The owners are evaulating a switch from ethanol-only production to a mix of ethanol and food products.
