The Roundtable on Sustainable Biofuels has released “Version Zero” of its sustainability principles and criteria, and have released a draft for public comment. Download the draft here.
The group plans to gather stakeholder feedback for six months, and stakeholders can register here. Comments can also be posted directly at the Bioenergy Wiki, www.bioenergywiki.net. Following feedback the RSB will release version one of its sustainability standards in March, as well as establishing RSB standards for governance, benchmarking, third-party certification, and local interpretation of standards.
