The South Dakota Corn Utilization Council and the South Dakota Corn Growers Association have joined to launch a statewide advertising campaign designed to improve the image of corn ethanol. In the campaign, supporters will be prompted to “sign up for ethanol,” and the campaign sponsors say that they hope to recruit 4,000 residents to register as supporters at www.signupforethanol.com. The campaign will focus on the positive impact of ethanol on the environment, jobs, and fossil fuel energy prices.
