Biofuels Digest Index falls 2.89 percent to 82.01 on agribusiness slide

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, fell 2.89 percent to 82.01 as agribusiness and ethanol stocks fell.  For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) dipped 3.00 percent to $28.77, while VeraSun Energy (VSE) dropped 4.52 to $5.92.   Among small caps, Xethanol (XNL) fell 8.51 percent to $0.43.  Overall, declines led advances 3 to 1 for the day.
