Biofuels Digest Index gains 1.27 percent to 85.44 on biodiesel, agribusiness gains

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, gained 1.27 percent to close at 85.44 on improvement in agribusiness and biodiesel.  For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) gained 1.49 percent to close at $29.97, while Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) fell 9.39 percent to $1.93.  Among small caps, Nova Biosource Fuels (NBF) gained 5.26 percent to close at $0.40. Overall, declines led advances 2 to 1 for the day.
