Biofuels Digest Index gains 0.16 percent to close at 103.81 on agribusiness recovery

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, gained 0.16 percent to 103.81 on agribusiness recovery and a slowing ethanol slide. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) gained 0.43 percent to close at $37.28, while VeraSun Energy (VSE) regained 0.57 percent to close at $5.33.  Among small caps, Green Plains Renewable Energy (GPRE) lost 5.59 percent to close at $6.93.  Overall, declines led advances 2 to 1 for the day.
