Iowa delays on $20 million for POET cellulosic ethanol project in Emmetsburg

The Iowa Power Fund Board Wednesday did not decide on a $20 million request for the POET cellulosic ethanol project at Emmetsburg, saying the Fund did not have enough cash. The Fund received $25 million for 2008 from the Iowa State Legislature.
