Southridge closes private placemnent for El Salvador project; eyes $25 million more for Mississippi plant
In Texas, Southridge Enterprises closed a private placement with Nexus Lotts Capital Corporation. Net proceeds were not disclosed, but will be used to finance the company’s sugarcane-based ethanol plant in El Salvador and land acquisition in Texas. The company is pursuing an additional $25 million in financing towards an ethanol plant in Mississippi.
