New Jersey township announces 6-vehicle biodiesel conversion trial

In New Jersey, Woodbridge Township announced a pilot biodiesel fuel program for six municipal vehicles. The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities made a $65,000 grant for a biodiesel fuel tank and fund an emissions study to measure the effect of the trial.

In the past month, biofuels conversion trials or fleet conversions have been announced in San Antonio, TX; Somerville, MA; the Bay Area in California; and Palm Beach County, FL.
