New Study: Without stronger ethanol mandates, US industry will fail

A new study from an agricultural economist at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln reports that without a mandated increase in ethanol consumption, small plants would begin losing money by 2013 and large plants by 2015. The US government is expected to continue to mandate ethanol, and is likely to incraese the mandate to an eventual E10 standard before 2015.
